Bed very comfortable everything very clean, old world aspect. Parking included. Toiletries, coffee in room all good. Beautiful neighborhood, wonderful surroundings while being close to the city.

My first door key didn’t work. Before going down I checked second key and it worked. I like a dark room, curtains can’t be closed. There is humming of machines always going. I like very quiet. Noisy hallways in the morning. Nowhere to leave the car in the entrance when checking in. Couldn’t figure out the tv remote to watch another channel than the one it was on.

Clean, friendly staff, nice, quiet location near the river and a subway stop. We were upgraded to a larger room which was very nice.

Limited restaurant hours. Things were a bit worn. The curtains were a bit torn along with some of the upholstery. Pillows were all the same, a bit thick. Main thing I didn’t like was that there was no way to let in fresh air. The windows were all shut off.

The outdoor spaces that are tucked away in little nooks and crannies are quite beautiful, the Humber River trails are next door and the building itself is stunning with its historic beauty
