Did not understand the concept of charging for parking in the basement.
The staff was very friendly, the room comfortable and clean. Free coffee and tea on the room. Your bed is made up for the night. Overall a very good experience. Location is good

The hotel undergoes severe construction and the guest is not informed on the extent of this. Substantial construction is taking place from 7:30 am until 16:00 from Monday to Saturday. I feel the hotel should inform the guests in advance to make a decision on whether they will accept this or not.

Building under construction, with a lot of noise and inconvenience. Poor access to the reception, a very bad experience for those who expect to find what is advertised in the photos on booking.com. I was staying on the 4th floor and the hotel was without an elevator for 2 whole days. Without any apologies or justifications from the hotel.

This is a lovely, cozy hotel near Kloof Street where you can find plenty of places to go for food and drinks. The area is safe but you have to be aware of the surroundings, that is all. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast room with friendly staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience.
