The staff was amazing. Every one of the staff members we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the shower was also very good. The room was very clean and smelled very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room had a balcony, it faced other buildings but it was useful to dry our clothes after a day at the beach. They sell coffee for a good price at the reception, so we bought food in the supermarket and made our own breakfast. There was a small fridge in the room that we used to store the food. There is also a living room with a microwave we could use to heat up food if we wanted to.

The aircon made a weird noise during the night. The pillow was a bit tall for my taste, but it was a nice height for my partner

On the day of my arrival, I was very tired because I had just made a long journey with a layover in Madrid and I had two pieces of luggage, one heavy and the other medium, but there was no one to help me carry my luggage to my room, and my colleagues were not allowed to come up with me and help me, and I inform you that I am a lady who suffers from back and sciatic problems, and I did not appreciate this at all.
