Me sorprendió la gran amabilidad de todo el Personal, son muy muy atentos, muy amables y posiblemente el personal sea lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Enriqueta del cafe deli, Alex, Mayra, Jonatan, sally, Natalia de cafe Solaris, todos ellos hacen que la estadía sea maravillosa. Yo lo recomiendo y nosotros hemos vuelto al hotel. También está muy bien para familias con niños y la comida, desayuno está todo muy bien.

Los restaurantes de especialidad, tienen de todo menos especialidad, porciones diminutas y extremadamente complicado que exista 1 espacio para reservar, en sí la comida muy normal diseñada para el gusto norteamericano.

Se supone que es all inclusive y el bar de la alberca cerraba a las 6 pm fui 5:50 pm y ya habían cerrado Intente reservar en un restaurante y nunca pude ni por la pagina ni con el personal nadie me ayudo Las camas de la alberca, me movieron varias veces que por que se apartaban y nunca se ocuparon
