The reception staff forgot to say hello when addressed. The night employee did not want to hear that I did not understand his language or English. I used a translator but he was unpleasant and did not solve my problem: printing boarding passes because my phone was out of service since the beginning of my stay. I gave up trying to make myself understood. I just needed to connect to the airline's website with my references and print my boarding passes. He asked me to be quiet to listen to the person who was helping me and spoke a little English. And that happened twice. Seeing my annoyance, I didn't say a word anymore, so he offered me biscuits to smooth things over, which I of course refused. I was left with my problem 24 hours before my flight. Hello stress....
The location was unbeatable, breakfast was small but sufficient for this price. The breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. Fan in the room, as ventilating was only possible very late due to street noise.

Room smelled extremely perfumed/like air freshener. Smell slowly faded the next day despite airing out. The staff at the counter could have been more helpful. The hotel seems outdated and partly damaged.
