At reception the focus was too much on the computer and not enough attention given to the immediate requirements of someone arriving from far away. But that was remedied later.

In the bathroom, there should be a place to put a toilet brush because there wasn't one. Perhaps offer small slippers for each guest to avoid walking barefoot on the carpet.
