Unprepared receptionists, not very friendly and providing conflicting information. Another point that was a bit disappointing was when we arrived, the reception informed us that the room was not ready. We were with a child, tired after a 10-hour trip, and it was already 30 minutes past the check-in time. When they noticed our dissatisfaction, they quickly decided to release the room because we said that they would then compensate for this hour at checkout. We even found cleaning cloths forgotten in the room.
Ticked all the boxes for a short stay in London. Very close to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. Lovely breakfast! Helpful and accommodating staff.
