The room was spacious, clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very comfortable. There was a water server in front of the elevator, and although the ice cream service was limited on the first floor, it was available.

On the first day, we requested more towels because there weren't enough. However, they brought them right away, so we were thankful!!!

The facility that needs the most improvement is the hardware. It's too old, the windows don't offer a pleasant view, the blinds can't be controlled, which is very frustrating.
