部屋のシャワーの出が悪い、風呂場の排水が良くない、冷房がうるさい、効きが悪い
The room was perfect. However, the AC was leaking and the water was on the balcony. Kids or elderly grandma could have been slipped but likely we had to extra manage that not to happen.

The Banyan has been my ultimate favorite place to stay in Waikiki for past 35 years because it's roomy with full kitchen, long balcony, parking spots, and best of all, 3 brand new hot tubs, a pool, tennis court, 9 bbqs and the biggest koi fish around. It's on the quiet side of Waikiki at Kapiolani Park.

ROOMS ARE OLD AND OUTDATED. NEED TO BE RENOVATED. MATTRESS SPRINGS NOT COMFORTABLE, TORN COUCH CUSHIONS, DUCTAPE COVERING HOLES ON BLACK OUT SHADES. JUST OLD, OUT DATED AND DINGY. PICTURES ON WEBSITE ARE DECIEVING. KITCHEN NEEDS UPDATING AS WELL. CARPET IS VERY OLD.
