Man darf sich wirklich nicht von den Fotos hier täuschen lassen: der Zustand des Hotels ist überhaupt nicht gut. Es ist alt und die Zimmer sind sehr verwohnt. Die Vorhänge sind dreckig und löchrig, der Boden klebt, die Möbel sind alt und teilweise kaputt. Die Sauberkeit ist auch nur mangelhaft. Auch der Pool-Bereich ist in schlechtem Zustand. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

The parking is not owned by the hotel. At check-in they ask you to fill out a form for your car, but then say they take no responsibility, so what is the form for? Our car was towed, the staff had no idea and didn't help at all; they just told us to call a number. The room was mostly wood, and the wood was starting to rot. The whole room was damp. The shower head was moldy and smelled bad, and clearly hadn't been replaced. Worst of all, the air conditioner was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on. When we told the staff, they said all the units are like that and nothing could be done, so we had to turn it off and sleep in the Hawaii heat. Overall, the staff was not helpful with any of our issues.
