The service is excellent. People make a real difference in the interest of providing exceptional service, especially in attention to room details. There are very nice things, like hammocks and garden spaces.

We went as a couple on an 'All-Inclusive' plan and we do not think it is a good accommodation for this type of tourism. Definitely, the food and specialty restaurants leave much to be desired. They said yes to everything but when we ordered a cocktail, it was a drink closer to 'crazy waters' than a quality drink; the coffee was overboiled, the food was already hard or cold. We did not like that the pool bar was located in the family pool area because there were quite a few children and there could be an accident. We understand dress codes like the use of pants for gentlemen to enter specialty restaurants, but it seems excessive, especially when one is at the beach to relax. The restaurant that convinced us the most was 'El Quijote' and the least was 'Capri' because the pasta dishes were too creamy in recipes that are not served that way. More comfortable loungers are needed, especially on the beach or with a view of the beach.

It is a small hotel, with enough to have fun and have a good vacation. Not having to wait for golf carts to get around is appreciated. The facilities seem a bit old, but clean. We got to see turtles nesting.

Not a downside for the hotel, but it is necessary to know before visiting that the beach is beautiful, rocky in some stretches, but the waves are constant and a bit high.

What I didn't like so much was the buffet food, I think they can improve that, it was the same every day

The hotel has direct access to the beach, which is very convenient, so you can enjoy the beach all day as well as the pool. The beds are quite comfortable and the room we had was very spacious and very clean. Most of the people serving in restaurants and cleaning staff are very nice and polite. The food was surprisingly good, with a lot of variety, especially for dinner with different themes (Asian, Mexican, etc.).

The hotel itself is outdated, like early 2000s, but very clean. The mini fridge doesn't cool the drinks much and is only refilled once a day. Extra mini bar items require an additional payment, even though it's an all-inclusive hotel. Room service also comes at an extra cost. Check-out is at 12, and if you want to stay longer, you need to pay extra. More bars near the beach area would be beneficial.

Apolonia and Sylvia took really good care of us at the breakfast buffet. I'd recommend not skipping on the juices, smoothies, and omelets. Everything else is underwhelming. The atmosphere makes up for what the food lacks in flavor.

Moises was amazing at bringing drinks! Always happy to help and joke. The resort was really good. They have an adults-only pool that allows you to get away from the splashing and noise. The food was great, and the rooms were clean! Would definitely book this place again for a family vacation.
