Excellent location, beautiful spacious and tasteful room with a kitchenette, very practical. Close to Central Park, close to the metro, opposite a supermarket and excellent Asian restaurants, very helpful and friendly staff, the possibility to leave luggage before check-in at the hotel and after check-out, everything great

We liked everything, only recommendation in our room, in the kitchenette, there was a twisted wire in the toaster that burnt the toast and it smelled a lot in the room and couldn't be aired out

The hotel’s team were super nice and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious and clean and they cleaned the room and made the bed every day. The snacks and water from the minibar on floor 2 were very nice for my daughters. The laundry room was right next to our room and it was super useful and easy to use, with a reasonable price as well. We can’t wait for the renovation to take place and we will definitely come back to visit again in the future. Huge love from Israel 🇮🇱❤️

The toilet was pretty old and its flushing was problematic. One air conditioner in the bedroom was not cooling properly and even though a maintenance guy was in the room twice to fix it, it still didn’t work great and it had to be turned off and on all the time in order to keep working
