Hotel is simply ok while the lobby and restaurant are nice along with the staff being helpful and friendly, the best aspect of the hotel is the location.

The hallway on my floor smelled musky and the lack of sound proofing in the room didn’t feel particularly private since normal volume levels in the hall sounded loud in the room. Furthermore, some parts of the hotel felt tired and it was disappointing to see that the nightclub/bar within the hotel was closed for renovation. Overall does not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Complimentary one way airport transfer had to fight for and faulty towers style Butler service non existent Smell was awful throughout Scruffy interior, broken furniture Staining and marks on walls, tiles, carpets Dangerous disabled room, grab rails hanging off and fell off again after repair Damp carpet and bedding Unable to leave hotel one day until 3pm as lifts out of order and water flooding No disabled access to 3rd floor until night time Room keys did not function, we had 5 rooms and every single key had to be reset several times Shower did not drain at all well Noise disturbance from refurbishment works Poor communication in hotel crisis, disabled guest stuck on third floor for hours without access Aircon not working Poor customer service when raised concerns. Forced to pay full accommodation bill upon arrival despite funds blocking by hotel with my bank. Refused a discount for poor accommodation by 3 different "managers". Passed Policy is no refunds apparently. We did eventually reach an agreement but it was an unnecessary battle!
