Quarto nao tinha ar condicionado, e infelizmente havia uma reforma muito grande na rua entao o barulho incomodou um pouco, mas nada que fosse culpa do hotel!

Hotel Felix was great! The staff were attentive and the room/bathroom was clean. Very accessible to Bahnhofstrasse and its located walking distance to many eateries and the main train station. They also offered breakfast which was great!

No complaints about the hotel itself. It was just the wrong timing during our visit when they had construction in front of the hotel.

We had made our reservation and paid in advance for our two-night stay at your hotel, based on recommendations from our friends. Unfortunately, on the morning of our arrival, there was significant construction work taking place nearby, with extremely loud noise starting very early in the morning. As a result, we were unable to get enough sleep, and this has negatively affected our entire day. Since we are staying for only two nights, we are concerned that the same situation will affect our next morning as well. I believe it was inappropriate to assign us a room under these circumstances without informing us beforehand. We decided not to request a room change, as we will be checking out tomorrow anyway. We chose your hotel based on the positive recommendations of our friends, so I must say that this experience has been quite disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could take our complaint into consideration.

We could hear people talking from the room next to us. Otherwise, the room is nice and quiet.
