The room itself was a dreadful little hole, small, dark, and cramped. The bed was narrow.

Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable room with a lift. Very good breakfast selection. Milan central station just across the road. Metro station a few minutes walk away. Groceries just a few minutes walk around the corner. Very good restaurant just across the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was close to Centrale station and metro. Easy to get to by train from Malpensa airport.

There was nothing bad about the property. It is a good convenient base providing a safe comfortable place to sleep and a good breakfast. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room
