Very well located hotel (everything is within walking distance) and impeccable service. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom.

The room had 2 windows overlooking inner courtyards so there was no natural light. The lights were always on during the day which was a shame.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My single room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, fridge, desk, and slippers. It was very charming and peaceful. The outdoor garden on the 4th floor was great, breakfast had a wide variety, and the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. A 4-minute walk to Uffizi, 15 minutes to the train station. I hope to come back. Thank you!
