The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, I thought it was just wear and tear, but when I used a disinfectant wipe, I realized it was dirt. The bed was super uncomfortable. The elevators were not working and the reception staff was really bad.

Elevators were being refurbished so it took a long time with the one available. The sliding bathroom door was hard to close, leaving a gap and not providing 100% privacy.

Upon arrival, I was told that 2 of the elevators were not working, which made getting to and from my room a significant hassle on a busy weekend. I also had frequent issues with the hot water simply cutting out while I was using it. The TV is also outdated and has an extremely limited selection of channels and no access to modern streaming services.
