Unfriendly staff. And rude. There was no water in the rooms. At all. When asked where the water was - they said it's not provided)) so what if someone has an allergy??? And urgently needs to take a pill???? They also didn't provide an iron. There is simply no place to even iron clothes!!!! There is no iron and no place. Some woman didn't even bother to come out to me and shouted at me from the office - give your clothes for ironing, they will iron them for you during the day 🤣 what if I'm just staying for a day))
