Casa de abnho do quaurto super pequena, para fecha a porta e preciso levantar tampa sanita. Agua sai para o chão da casa de Bamho. Mobiliario super antigo. Casa de Banho do restaurante muito má.... falta de hogiene.

La ubicación, limpio,las sábanas olían a limpio, agua caliente con buena presión , personal amable, las vistas desde la azotea! Lo justo para visitar Florencia , sin ningún lujo.

Las ventanas no son insonorizadas , tienen solo un cristal y se oye todo el ruido de la calle sobre todo a partir de las 5:30h -6:00h de la mañana cuando empiezan a pasar los camiones de carga y descarga y los de la limpieza … ya no se puede dormir.

The cold water in the shower and the shower itself. The shower head was fixed on the wall above one's head. There was some hot water but it just disappeared after a short time.

Nosotros estábamos en la quinta planta y la habitación y el cuarto de baño eran de pena, la habitación era de los años 50. El hotel no puede ofrecer esa clase de habitaciones. Sabemos que en las plantas inferiores el hotel esta reformado y las habitaciones son más cómodas.

There were bugs in the room, heater broken, elevator sounds loud in midnight, toilet noise from next room can be heard very clearly.
