The internet is very unstable, they gave us the room and it was not ready yet, you cannot reserve dinners at the restaurants you prefer because at 11:01 they no longer have availability even though reservations open from 11:00 in the morning. The buffet food is not very good.

I loved most of the staff's service except for the Sunday breakfast manager at the buffet place. The captain was condescending and rude, and the food service staff made my kid spill a drink and never apologized.

I didn't like the check-in desk staff who didn't answer all my questions and referred me to the concierge, who also was not confident about information on dinner reservations, etc. We couldn't reserve any dinner restaurants even though we used 2 phones right at 11:00.

Practically nothing. An overcrowded hotel, sunbeds close together and occupied from early in the morning, dirty pools, short hours for the slides, few bars and long lines to order a drink, only one buffet restaurant with average food quality, normal room but small bathroom with a leaking shower, flooding the floor.
