Pity that the continental breakfast was removed from the lounge. Starting to get a bit worn out. For us a bit older, it's increasingly difficult to try to climb into the bathtub. Separate shower would be desirable.

Having made reservations per day, we had to go back to the front desk in the morning to have our access cards reset. A bit inconvenient, but you need to know.

You pay for luxury but you don't find it. No amenities in the room, no slippers, nothing in the minibar. No gluten-free bread at breakfast. No service in the restaurant and long waiting times, then they forget your order.

I want to be able to speak Swedish if I stay at a hotel in Sweden, especially in that price range. The reception staff were not particularly friendly. The bathroom was nice but impractical. Difficult to get in and out of the bathtub, the wall mirror and sink were placed in a way that made it impossible to use the mirror. The small wall-mounted makeup mirror was placed too high for me to use. I had a relatively large room, but it felt a bit cold. Could have been more nicely furnished with a seating area, for example.
