BEDBUGS! It cost us over $200 to replace our luggage and some clothes that couldn't be washed in hot water. We gave them several chances to offer us some kind of refund... but they only offered us two free nights. Why would we want to stay at a place with bedbugs again? We ended up covered in bites. It is absolutely disgusting. Bedbugs destroy homes. Bedbugs!
