Great location (2 min walking from the Powell Station), clean and comfortable rooms and shared facilities, attentive and helpful staff. Kitchen with water, ice and different kinds of coffee available for free.

The only issue was that not all outlets were working in the room. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

Very good location, objectively never felt unsafe even though it's not a very beautiful area (a street a little further ahead is definitely degraded), coffee machine in the common dining room with free drinks, modern bathroom with shower gel and apparently good quality shampoo dispenser, comfortable beds (we were in a room with a bunk bed).

The room we stayed in has a window overlooking the internal balustrade, so there is no fresh air and the smell of chemicals (perhaps cleaning products) haunted us for 3 days. Very small size, perfect just for sleeping and taking a shower.

The water dispenser was always empty, two out of 4 people ended up having BED BUG BITES!!! The carpet was disgusting with old gum and stains everywhere. They had a poster in the elevator indicating you can ask for slippers (subject to availability) and of course there were no slippers when I requested. Outside the building there were dangerous people at night in that part of downtown so now I know!!
