The pool area has very little chairs not enough for a hotel that big. Only one elevator worked and it was a snail. Not good when the humidity is at its max and you have children with you.

It is relatively small so you don't have to walk much. The food is excellent, and what can we say about the staff, all excellently prepared and trained to provide first-class service. We have no words to thank César, the manager, for everything he did to make our stay unbeatable. THANK YOU

Not necessarily didn't like. It's an older hotel so you can see the years, however, it is well maintained

When we arrived we were tired and what we wanted was to relax a bit, and a lady wouldn't let us, she wanted us to go to a breakfast and they offered us several free things, and I don't know how many more things. The truth is we just wanted to rest and eat... and enjoy the accommodation. But while we were trying to check-in, she kept talking to us. It was very frustrating.

They became intense almost aggressive even when told a straight "NO" when they tried to reel us in to a talk about their fiesta rewards program
