The room for three people with 4 suitcases was not very big. The beds were not very comfortable.

The price was way overpriced and thus not of value for your money. There are better places with better value for your money.

I LOVED the location! It was perfectly located in the middle of shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Cascade Gardens and the Bow Falls. I was even more thrilled that I could leave my vehicle parked in their garage until 2 pm on the day we checked out, especially given the limited and expensive parking in Banff. For convenience, I preferred its location over the better known Fairmont in the city! Great advance communication with the hotel!

It was nice that breakfast was included, though it was one of the most basic we encountered on our trip at other hotel “included” breakfasts. I was a bit confused about the underground parking, initially assuming when it was paid parking that it served all guests only to learn that to guarantee a space it was $10 more and needed to be reserved in advance! Not a problem for me, but I would have been really upset to have arrived with no space available had I missed that message! Pay attention to advance messages from them!

Parking is paid and VERY tight and hard to maneuver. Our room was across from a busy bar. Although ear plugs were provided it was still loud until late on a tuesday night. Power went off on the whole block for several hours, although it wasn't the hotels fault, we had to take a long way up stairs to get back to the room and use our phones for light to get ready for bed.
