The staff was very nice, booked two two-bedroom suites, located in different buildings, the staff took me on a tour of the rooms explaining how to enter and exit and use them, patiently answered my questions, and actively provided convenience for unloading and loading our car in the courtyard.

The wooden floor is a bit old, it creaks when you walk on it. The dishwasher did not have detergent, and it was inconvenient as the nearest supermarket did not sell it.
Location and friendliness of staff excellent. Great to have a kitchen as well and there is a supermarket around the corner. Travel to the Royal Mile and Ed Fringe venues was simple.

The decor was a little dated. The price is comparable to other places, meaning it's a bit pricey.

There was 1 broken window where cold air came in and there was no table with chairs to eat. At night, the heating was very strong.
