The property is suitable for demolition or thorough reconstruction. The rooms are vandalized and dirty. For two days after checking in, the hotel or its staff try to reauthorize the card in an unauthorized manner. Despite reporting the issue and assurances from the staff about a technical problem, it was not resolved.
The hotel overall is ok but I couldn't get an answer back from the property for full 7 days via msg and email ! Location is great, breakfast is good, kind receptionist.

It's not normal that you can't get a response for a week and they respond after I was already in the hotel for 3 days... Also, it's August and being asked to pay extra for air conditioning is, in my humble opinion, absolute nonsense but due to my medical condition I wasn't charged and they changed my room.
