The pool, terrace, gym, food, housekeeping, and overall service were exceptional. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. A very special thank you to Cynthia, who made me feel so welcome from my first day, and Mohamed Hammouda, who took great care of me during the following days.
