We informed the Hotel of the late arrival of the flight and requested information about the Transfer, being told that we should wait for its passage at the indicated location. Unfortunately, we waited for 2 hours, between 00.30am and 02.30. We could not get in touch with the Hotel, did not receive any information about the Shuttle that never arrived, and it was difficult to call an Uber because we were a group of 10. This greatly diminished our night's rest. To try to compensate, we received a free room upgrade, a fact that should be mentioned.
The hotel has a regular free transfer from the nearby airport. The room was large, the view of the airport area was an added bonus (I like airplanes). The breakfast was great, in addition to the traditional buffet, there is also a hot service (omelette, etc.). Afternoon sitting in the restaurant with a pair of free drinks and snacks was great.
