Room cleanliness was lacking, despite the housekeeper being very polite. What I really didn't like was the room's location without a window to open and with an internal view of the hotel lobby. The bed linens and towels were always damp.

Location was excellent, easy access to Chinatown Station and shopping center and supermarket across the road. Ray and Ralph provided excellent service in the Executive Lounge, which we accessed through our Club Room stay. Reception also arranged an immediate room change to provide us with a better city view. Room 2014. Got a good price by booking early and pre-paid.

The self-serve amenities on the 20th floor didn't have towels for a few days, but they were delivered upon request to housekeeping.
