O quarto era confortável, a limpeza impecável e o café da manhã era bom. A equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a nossa estadia. Foi uma ótima escolha para aproveitar Florença com conforto e praticidade.

Our room was quite dark unless we either opened the outside shutters or had the lights on.

The problem was breakfast they need 2 people serving and prering as some people were very demanding . and also if you were not down there first thing certain people took everything , some of us like a lay in on holiday and with only one waitress/cook it was impossible for the poor girl to keep up .
