Convenient transportation, with the subway and bus stop right outside, convenience stores and McDonald's nearby, and plenty of restaurants around. The room is very spacious and comfortable to stay in.

The room was not cleaned. We left in the morning after 9 o'clock, returned to the hotel almost at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, but the room was still not cleaned. I can confirm that I have never put up a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Upon returning to the room, I saw unattended trash cans and wet towels that were not replaced. It was quite disappointing to have to call and request these services, especially considering this is supposedly a five-star hotel. Additionally, there was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, nor was there any water available; we had to call separately to request water.

The front desk staff were great. Calvin and S were awesome! The rooms were clean and the location to Fenway Park could not be beat. We will be back.

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced, showing signs of wear and tear. It needs a renovation, considering the room rates. There is no outlet to charge the phone; you have to unplug the lamp to connect the charger. The foldable curtains were not clean, with dirt stains. The first room I was assigned had a bad odor from the carpet; I should have been given another room where the carpet already shows significant wear and accumulates natural dust from years of use.
