Reception staff is not good enough. Inventing own procedures to make full amount deposit payments (several thousands USD) UPON arrival. When you try to argue they say "My English no good". Drama. There were some construction work in the lobby with lot of noise from the machinery. Some days the coffee shop was closed. NOT possible to get an espresso. WiFI is slow and blocks most of the things, unusable. Limited on western TV channels.

Huge lobby but almost no available seats. Staff very slow at the reception. Took almost half an hour to issue an invoice. Good smoking place outside. Nice cleaning lady.
