Coffee machine wasn’t cleaned, floor was greasy

The room was very dirty and smelling like cigarette smoke when it was supposed to be non-smoking. I asked for another room; they claimed they were all booked. So I asked for a refund, and they said they would. I went and booked another room somewhere else, and I was still charged for it. Very disappointed.

It was a block away from the venue we were visiting. The couch was easy to convert into the bed version. There was also a sushi place nearby that was very good and priced similarly to where we're from.

There were broken tiles by the entrance to the bathroom, which was an extremely narrow path between the wall and one of the beds. Also, the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the person who slept on it had excessive back pain the next day. There was also a very loud noise that was causing one of the walls to vibrate in the middle of the night (around midnight or 1 am, unsure of the exact time), which we were not aware would happen and woke all of us up.

The location was not the greatest, especially staying with children. They don’t serve breakfast.
