The property is in a pretty bad state of disrepair. When we went, the power was out there were people trapped in the elevators. There was barely any staff. We were unable to get drinks or food. The power had been going out repeatedly for several days according to staff and other guests. They were serving beer with bits of ice to cool it down. All of the restaurants were closed except for one little counter next to a dumpster where you could line up to order food. It was around four or 5 PM when we arrived with starving children after a long day of flying. The staff that we did find were working incredibly hard, but it was not the vacation experience we were hoping for. We ended up moving to another hotel and we’re not able to get a refund.
