Very small window, a simple square, which does not open! Very damaged old wooden parquet, bathroom and bedroom finishing details and skirting boards to be reviewed!! This is not a real 4-star hotel.. average breakfast
We were on a study trip on the topic of SDG 14 and experienced the fantastic biodiversity in the bay of Nha Trang with the offshore islands. The hotel, located in close proximity to the palm beach, was an ideal starting point for our marine excursions. The hotel is convincing and had an optimal price/performance ratio.

Very good location and nice spa and massage service. Good breakfast with a wide selection of eggs, fruits, and soups. Staff were really friendly and always smiling. Good value for money.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. The rooms are quite outdated. There was a bug on our wallpaper next to the bed and the wallpaper is dusty. We had to request new towels, toilet paper, and an extra pillow twice before they were delivered to us. They only provide one pillow per person. Room phone is just for show, doesn't actually work (we tried, maybe we’re wrong)

Swimming pool not working on the 1st day. Very average breakfast. Moderately clean.

These creatures brought a burst shampoo bottle and then started billing us for it. The floors were dirty, walking barefoot made our feet black!
