Very beautiful hotel, with great view from our room and luxurious lobby. Breakfast was delicious, although more staff serving would probably be better for the overall experience (long wait for the table, not so many waiters). Room was spacious, bed was the most comfortable ever.

Help with luggage upon arrival would be nice (outside stairs to the lobby).

Slightly slow service a couple of times in the restaurant
The hotel is very beautiful but the staff at the reception is not up to par. They did not explain how much deposit they would block, how much we would have to pay, and in the end we found ourselves with over 4000 dollars blocked on the card against the 2600 euros due. The check-out, on the other hand, was done with a very kind and competent person.
