Rooms were okay but the BARTENDER on our Saturday night stay was AMAZING ! You can tell she loved her job drinks were amazing and customer service was great loved it.

Check in was ridiculous my husband had to wait ten minutes due to no one being there. Valet honestly was never in front I do not know if you only see them when they take a car out downtown was very weird on our part. I am used to all of our stays giving complementary water in the rooms not this place. And finally requested assistance no one ever showed up or even followed up with us the following day.

Very nice hotel. Staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us an uber credit and a number to text if we had any questions or needed anything. I would highly reccomend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The lobby was beautiful! Our dog Lulu loved the room, too!

The thermostat could not be set below 66 degrees. The HVAC vent was on the same side of the room beside the window. It did not cool the area where the bed was placed. The bed should be moved to the area beside the window opposite the vent. That would have the air flow directly onto the bed.

I did not like the treatment of the reception staff, totally inadequate in most of the people, rude, lack of empathy, and no collaboration. The breakfast was bad and it is not specified that you have to pay for the rest of what was contracted, it is the first time that I have been given a breakfast option like this, I would never return under those conditions. I reiterate the little willingness of the reception staff, and another issue, we left at 2:00 AM to catch a flight, and we were told that they would charge us more for leaving before 3:00 AM, no one has been able to explain to me what the reason is, if they can do it I would appreciate it, the payment has already been made in advance, I do not understand anything.
