Parking wasn't free, there were no slippers in the room and the receptionist was VERY slow. Check-in lasted about more than 20 minutes (in other hotels its max 5 minutes).
What did I like? Saying everything is an understatement; modern, clean structure, very kind staff. Although far from the center, it is very well connected (Metro-tram diagonal); the proximity to the beach, with a very convenient shopping center. It exceeded all my expectations. A special thanks to the efficiency of the reception (Lea) for the check-in/out operations and for the accurate information. I recommend it and we will gladly return.

The staff was nice and kind. The cleaning service was done. Rather comfortable bedding. The hotel is well located, there is a shopping center 5 minutes walk away and shops of all kinds nearby.

We expected more comfort, unfortunately, the room for 3 people was small. The hot water didn't work very well. There is no toilet brush. The room fridge was not working and was not plugged in, we reported the problem and a technician came to replace it.
