I stayed at the resort in 2016 and there was a bad experience and lack of credibility, so I stopped coming. This time, after 10 years, I rebooked because of a change in perspective due to a likable employee. I will stay again because of the lovely employee. I liked the security, cleanliness, and responsiveness.

I took a room with breakfast, the amount was excessive. If I rebook, it will be without breakfast, which is not acceptable. The cost of 90 riyals per person is too much when calculating the difference between with breakfast and without breakfast for a room for two people, 180 riyals per night is very excessive.

The Receptionist did NOT accommodate my request for a room on a specific floor even though there were available rooms

An additional amount was charged to get a room overlooking the pool. I was given a room with a view obstructed by trees and palms overlooking the pool. I was informed and the response was that if available, I will be provided with the requested room.
