Very clean, room was very comfortable and tidy. Staff came in every morning and made bed, cleaned room and gave new towels. In a very good location, able to walk everywhere that was needed as it’s very central. Staff was very friendly and approachable. Phi was very helpful with taxis and helping

The location was absolutely perfect and the staff wonderful. Big shout to Nina and also Phi who looked after me perfectly. An excellent hotel. Beautiful room, lovely 'touches', great breakfasts. I would have no hesitation to recommend to future guests. I was so well 'looked after'.

Everything was great! The location was perfect, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a huge bed, and the staff was lovely and took care of all our needs, with high standards of service - and especially Nina the receptionist who was extremely nice and helpful.
