Rooms don't have proper closets, which is, in my opinion, unacceptable for a 4-star hotel

Too small room, no wardrobe, we had to hang our clothes on hangers in the room, the sink was clogged and no one responded to fix it.

The location of the facility is central, we easily reached everything. We stayed in the room with 2 adults and 1 child. Access with the elevator was good. The hotel is stylish and clean. It's nice to have the option to rent bicycles and provide free umbrellas. We didn't buy breakfast because there are famous breakfast places nearby. The reception did a quick check-in and check-out. It was a pleasant stay.

The size of the room could have been a bit bigger for 3 people. It wasn't pleasant to have a connecting door to another room, noise came from the next room. They need to improve the insulation. It was disturbing not to have slippers in the room. It's also not nice to have to make a reservation for cleaning. We would prefer routine cleaning every day. Unfortunately, the price is too high.
