Weird smell in the hallways and lobby, the parking was paid and still was difficult to find a place to park, the car right next to my truck got broken into so the neighborhood obviously was not great. Also, the A/C in the room was either freezing you or melting you.

We stayed there 1 week before this current stay...we even paid for an upgraded room....we found it to be good, and booked again...wow, was it ever a night and day experience. When we got to our room, it was never cleaned or ready for us.. just beds were made. 1. No toilet paper 2. No body wash 3. The floors were dirty, sticky, and black (I actually wiped it with a towel) 4. The shower stall had mold on the glass 5. The ceiling had mold 6. The exhaust fan and AC unit were full of dust 7. The windows were moldy 8. The baseboards were full of dirt 9. The fridge had old spills in it, never been cleaned It's been a week and still waiting for "management" to call me back even though they have all the pictures and emails.
