The hallways / stairs felt outdated and dirty. Also the walls were really thin- we could hear conversations from the room next to ours.
The location was very good, in a good area with cute American houses. You don't need to use the overpriced parking lot as there was always something free on the street at any time of the day (free).

It was cute and kind of funky. It had a lot of whimsy. The attached diner is a gem! It has a retro 70’s Denny’s decor and the house made bread is out of this world.

It’s on a busy street. It was difficult to get in and out. There was a lot of street and freeway noise and circling helicopters. Nothing the hotel could really do to prevent that.
Large renovated room. Very clean. Top equipment, huge bathroom. Great historical Hollywood ambiance. Diner highly recommended.
