I have medical issues and was in Houston for medical treatment.- this hotel was a bad choice! NO Elevator! NO morning coffee in the lobby! NO breakfast! If I had known all this when I was choosing a place to stay, i would have stayed somewhere else.. this was a ripoff! Do I blame Baymont or Booking.com???
