1-hour wait for check-in, restaurants never had a place to eat. In the last few days, we ordered room service and my son ate a spoiled hamburger.

The reservation restaurants never had space, also during the time I was there, the taco restaurant and the Piña breakfast restaurant did not open.
The food was delicious, the facilities were easy to use and faultless. The sea was not very clean, which was a bit disappointing, but I think it might be due to the season or recent global warming effects, so it's not the hotel's fault, which was a bit disappointing. The check-in and check-out times were well thought out and convenient.

We were upgraded to a condo for families and it was the best choice. Loved the access to the beach and facilities. Plenty of privacy and things to do.

Although the stay was okay and the food needed some work. The one that stood out to me was Victor! He was sooooo nice and always attentive to every detail. Remembers faces and makes the atmosphere a lovely place to be. We ate at the Piña a few times and it was lovely having him here.
