Die Lage ist hervorragend, dass Personal professionell und sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und es ist überall sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut.. Wir wollen uns besonders bedanken bei Onur, Samet und Güven, die alles getan haben, damit unser Aufenthalt unvergesslich wurde. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig, das Personal immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und unsere Anliegen wurden alle in kurzer Zeit bearbeitet. Die Lage ist exzellent, aber faktisch ist man nur zum Schlafen im Hotel. Dafür ist es mehr als ausreichend.
Das Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig, das Personal immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und unsere Anliegen wurden alle in kurzer Zeit bearbeitet. Die Lage ist exzellent, aber faktisch ist man nur zum Schlafen im Hotel. Dafür ist es mehr als ausreichend.
Der Pool ist kein Pool, sondern das Abkühlbecken für die Sauna und den Hamam. Dementsprechend klein und vor allem kalt ist das Wasser. Und insgesamt ist das Hotel auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde die ein oder andere kleinere Renovierung vertragen.
Well.... The 2 positive things in this hotel: warm room (floor heating) and the staff. Others... need some improvements. The bed was very small and narrow, the spa (why we choose this hotel) didn't work in the mornings (cold sauna, cold steam room, icecold pool), the cleaningness not perfect, but our biggest issue was the paperthin walls! I mean you can hear the WORDS from the next room or the corridor. :( We had so noisy "companies", we didnt sleep for 4 nights. :(

O quarto muito pequeno, ar condicionado não funcionava, durante a noite ligavam o aquecimento e não conseguíamos desligar ou abaixar a temperatura, pagamos mais caro por ter spar mais o spar estava praticamente desativado, água da piscina super fria, as fotografias não corresponde com a que está no local. Eles aumentam o preço para fingir que estamos a ter um bom desconto mais o hotel NUNCA VALE O PREÇO.

Faptul ca am fost la SPA, si nu era nimic funcțional, apa in piscina foarte rece, scaunele nefuncționale!!
It was extremely comfortable. I was given a room upgrade free of charge. They helped me with parking my car. The staff were extremely kind and ready to help. I will gladly return. The breakfast was excellent.
