The location is amazing. It is right in the middle of Wan Chai, makes it central to Hong Kong Island. There are plenty of places to go to near there and to hop on the trams or even the metro is very convenient, less than 10 mins walking to either stations. Our room is a little small, and the furnitures are a little bit dated, but it's well maintained and the size despite being small, is confortable for a couple to stay in. We can even perform our daily prayers as a muslim in the room. All in all the hotel is amazing, and the staffs will assist you in any way they can. Will stay here again when we come to HK again.

Small room for 3 people. Zero views, windows facing the building in front. The violinist in the lobby is unnecessary, plays too loudly and it is difficult to communicate with the reception staff.

Some unfriendliness from the reception staff and the rush from the pool attendant to make you leave before the time, when normally the closing time should be extended for the customer.

Rooms with carpet. Carpet is not hygienic. It was well maintained, but I always prefer washable, smooth floors.
