Sliding flyscreen doors instead of sliding timber doors on the balcony would have been preferable, and a microwave would have been helpful.

Då vi hade lite klagomål på köksutrustning som inte fungerade optimalt så ordnades det fram nya redskap på nolltid. Fin pool och trevligt område för grillning på gården. Superbra med gratis lån av cyklar och hjälm. Möjlighet att tvätta.

Vår lägenhet skulle verkligen behövt en grundlig basstädning till att börja med. Det var inte rent när vi kom- golvet var smutsigt, badrummet, framförallt badkar och dusch var inte fräscht. I lådorna till nattygsborden låg det kvar gammal medicin och en snuskig gammal fågelfjäder. Vattenkokaren i köket var svart inuti och behövde avkalkas, vilket jag gjorde själv första dagen. Diskstället var förmodligen aldrig rengjort och så snuskigt att jag aldrig skulle komma på tanken att ställa ren disk i det. Enligt avtal skulle det ingå byte av handdukar och sänglinne, samt en lättare städning av badrum och dammsugning/våttork 1 g/vecka. Städaren bytte sänglinne och det var allt. Vi fick be om nya handdukar och då hämtade han det. Någon mer ”städning” än så blev det inte. Om det funnits städutrustning i lägenheten hade jag kunnat fräscha till den själv men för priset jag betalat hade jag inte lust att spendera pengar på städutrustning också.
Location and size of the apartment were good. Close to shopping centre and easy walk to markets and foreshore areas. Undercover parking was free. Laundry available at a reasonable cost. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Needs an update. Some furniture was old and stained and I think couch was missing back cushions. Pillows need replacing badly.
