Dirty hotel, disrespectful night guard who doesn't even respond to guests' greetings. Tolerates noise from guests at night. Unacceptable breakfast buffet: industrial bread and cheese, staff more interested in chatting among themselves than in attending to guests. This hotel is a disgrace. I won't even mention the neighborhood... absolutely avoid

The decor is plain, without any pictures on the walls. But wonderful as a place to sleep

I forgot a small hygiene kit in the room. The next day, I called the hotel to ask if it had been found. The staff told me no and that if it had, it would have been thrown away. The least they could do is keep it and call the guest. This aspect disappointed me about how your hotel operates.
